Our Value, Standard, Premium, Commerce, and Enteprise hosting plans come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund (overage charges are not refundable) if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services ordered. No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via electronic mail (e-mail) or fax, and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.
The 30 day money back does not apply to resold accounts running under our Reseller Program.
Those accounts that are cancelled or terminated by LA InterWeb for violating the acceptable use policy do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee.
LA InterWeb reserves the right to revise our policies at any time.
